From stat to finish was great service. Dalton in the showroom was great and helped us choose our herringbone flooring for the downstairs. We had the flooring finished today and the fitters have done such a professional job. I will be recommending to my family and friends.

Absolutely brilliant service from BTW Flooring! The flooring fitted is outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. The showroom is laid out really well, with plenty of choice, and Dalton was incredibly helpful. The lads who fitted the flooring were professional and provided a great service from start to finish. We would highly recommend BTW Flooring and would definitely use them again!

I am an interior designer and I worked with BTW flooring on a project. I supplied and fitted blinds and wallpaper and I asked BTW flooring to help with flooring. They provided me with samples to show my customer. Once she had chosen they took over the flooring work - providing her promptly with quotes and advise.
They supplied and fitted wood flooring and carpets throughout the house. They worked to time scales and kept both me and the customer informed along the way. The flooring looks amazing and the customer was very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone needing new flooring.

Great service from start to finish. Good showroom to see products, knowledgable and friendly staff, no high pressure sales.
Excellent fitting of the LVT flooring. We were recommended by friends and we would also highly recommend this company.

We had an amazing experience with BTW Flooring from start to finish.

We visited the showroom one Saturday and were greeted by Dalton, who is a genuinely honest, friendly, and all-round great guy. The showroom itself is immaculate, and Dalton took the time to help us choose an LVT floor that suited our home perfectly. He answered all of our questions about the installation process, costs, and how to care for the flooring, so we felt completely informed.

Unfortunately, the original flooring we chose became unavailable due to a supplier issue. Rather than simply asking us to pick something else, Dalton went away and found a fantastic like-for-like alternative. In the end, we actually preferred it, and it matched our hall and kitchen even better than our original choice.

Our installation was booked for a few weeks later, but as luck would have it, it coincided with the 35°C heatwave. They explained that the extreme temperatures meant the screed would cure too quickly and the LVT could expand slightly, so it wouldn't be right to install it. This had been mentioned during our initial discussions, so although it was disappointing, we really appreciated their honesty and refusal to compromise on quality just to get the job done.

Once the weather cooled, the installation was carried out by Billy and Teyo. Billy's knowledge is second to none, and he has a brilliant way of explaining the technical aspects of the installation in a way that's easy to understand. The work took three days: one day for screeding, another for the majority of the installation, and a final day to complete everything.

The end result is exceptional. The finish is flawless, the attention to detail is outstanding, and you can genuinely tell they take immense pride in their work. We couldn't be happier with it. They even helped move our furniture back afterwards, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

If you're looking for LVT flooring, don't hesitate to contact BTW Flooring. They look after you every step of the way. From the initial consultation and product selection through to installation and aftercare. It's rare to find a company that's this knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused.

My only complaint? They're almost too nice!
